PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A request to revise the General Plan Land Use Designations and provide a new category in the General Plan. The proposed category would be called GG (Gravel and Grazing). This category would correspond with the existing Gravel and Grazing zoning category. A general plan amendment in order to amend the land use map of the general plan in this area. The applicant, through a separate application to be heard the same night, is proposing a new general plan category called Gravel and Grazing. This application is to propose the subject property is changed to the new Gravel and Grazing category. The property is generally located on the northwest intersection of I-15 and Sun River Parkway. Case No. 2020-GPA-002. A general plan amendment to change an area from LDR (Low Density Residential) to PO (Professional Office) on approximately 3.0 acres. Generally located at 2046 N Tuweap Drive. Case No. 2020-GPA-004. A general plan amendment to change an area from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to COM (Commercial) on approximately 6.72 acres. Generally located at approx. 2720 South River Road; north west of the bridge. Case No. 2020-GPA-005. A general plan amendment in order to amend the land use map of the general plan in this area. The applicant is proposing to change the land use category on a portion of the commercially designated property to Medium Density Residential. The property is generally located on the south of Canyon View Drive and south west of Dixie Drive. Case No. 2020-GPA-003. A zone change amendment for the Sun River Planned Development in order to amend the previously approved planned development. The property is generally located on the northwest intersection of I-15 and Sun River Parkway. Case No. 2019-ZCA-054. A zone change amendment to the use list for the PD-C (Planned Development Commercial) zone from Vive Adolescent Care. Located at 120 W 1470 S on approximately 1.04 acres. Case No. 2020-ZCA-002. A zone change amendment for the Desert Color Residential Planned Development Auburn Hills Phase 4. Desert Color is generally located east of I-15 and south of Southern Parkway and west of Desert Color Parkway. Case No. 2020-ZCA-003.
