Welcome and call to order a. Acknowledgement of a quorum b. Disclosures/conflicts 2. Discussion and potential action items a. Discuss & consider approval of the minutes for December 11, 2019. b. Discuss Arts RAP Tax applications submitted and recommendations for City Council. c. Continue discussion of the student art exhibit and next action steps. d. Discuss and consider recommending Commission member appointments for all terms expiring in April 2020. e. Additional items from the Chair / Vice Chair. 3. Reports a. Next meeting: February 12, 2020 at 5 pm b. Items to be placed on future agendas: i. Recommendations for website changes. ii. Others? 4.
