- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, January 14, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: The City of Taylorsville is proposing a text amendment to the Taylorsville Municipal Code Section 13.070.020 (E) Permitted Land Use Matrix by the Residential Districts, Section 13.08.020 (E) Permitted Land Use Matrix by the Commercial, Office, Industrial, Mixed Use, Transit Corridor, and Research and Development Districts, and Section 13.36 Definitions. File #15Z19. Peter Gamvroulas, on behalf of Ivory Homes, is requesting Preliminary Plat approval for an eight-lot subdivision for the property located at 6573 S 3200 W for approximately 2.98 acres. File #12S19. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
