- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission and City Council will hold public hearings on Wednesday, January 15 and Tuesday, January 21, at 6:00 p.m. Zone Amendment imposing the Development Enhancement Overlay for a .32-acre property located at 103 East 100 South. Proposed Text Amendment to Title 15.3.20.060, the City's Zoning Code. The City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 21 at 6:00 p.m. to consider a proposed Annexation of approximately 27 acres located 1900 South 1700 West. The meetings will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork.
