Closed Session The Board will consider a motion to enter into a closed session which under UCA Section 52-4-205 which may be held for specific purposes including, but not limited to the discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, strategy sessions to discuss collective bargaining, litigation, or real property 9.
