Notice is hereby given that the following regularly scheduled public meetings will be held in 2020 at the West Bountiful City Offices, 550 N 800 West, West Bountiful, UT 84087, as listed below. - City Council meetings will be held at 7:30 pm on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of each month, as listed below. (January 7 & 21, February 4 & 18, March 3 & 17, April 7 & 21, May 5 & 19, June 2 & 16, July 7 & 21, August 4 & 18, September 8 & 22, October 6 & 20, November 17, December 1 & 15); - Planning Commission meetings will be held at 7:30 pm on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month, as listed below. (January 14 & 28, February 11 & 25, March 10 & 24, April 14 & 28, May 12 & 26, June 9 & 23, July 14 & 28, August 11 & 25, September 15 & 29, October 13 & 27, November 10 & 24, December 8 & 22); - Arts Council meetings will be held at 6:30 pm on the 1st Thursday of each month except in July, August and December. (January 2, February 6, March 5, April 2, May 7, June 4, Aug 6, September 3, October 1, November 5); - Youth City Council meetings will be held at 5 pm on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month, as listed below. (January 9 & 23, February 13 & 27, March 12 & 26, April 9 & 23, May 14 & 28, June 11 & 25, July 9 & 23, August 13 & 27, September 10 & 24, October 8 & 22, November 12, and December 10). - Emergency Preparedness Advisory Committee meetings will be held quarterly at 5:30 pm on the 3rd Tuesday of February (18), May (19), August (18), and November (17); Any changes to the above schedules will be posted 24 hours in advance.

Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA)

According to the American's with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should contact Cathy Brightwell, City Recorder at 801-292-4486, prior to the meeting.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation

Telephone participation may be available with twenty-four (24) hours notice to the City Recorder.
