Description/Agenda: LEHI CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On January 9, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the Lehi City Council Chambers located at 153 North 100 East, the Lehi City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment on the following items: Public hearing and recommendation of Dan Ford's request for review of R-1-22 zoning on the Taylor Meadows Annexation, approximately 30-acres of property located at approximately 1600 South 500 West. Public hearing and consideration of Jon O'Keefe's request for conditional use approval of the Top-Notch Trailer Repair site plan located in an existing building at 687 East State Street in a Mixed Use zone. Public hearing and consideration of John Andrus' request for conditional use approval for Collins Roofing located in an existing building at 3 East State Street, including a new storage building.
