PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, January 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at approx. 200 N 950 E (Grove Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Steve and Diane West to apply the R1-12 (Single Family Residential) Zone to approximately 2.67 acres on property located at 200 North 950 East. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at approx. 479 N 1200 E (Grove Creek Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Kennedy Walker for a conditional use permit for a major home occupation to allow dance instruction on property located at approx. 479 North 1200 East in the R1-10 (Single Family Residential) Zone.
