- NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO THE HILDALE CITY COUNCIL, HILDALE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, THE HILDALE COLORADO CITY UTILITY BOARD AND THE PUBLIC, THAT MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION AND THE HILDALE COLORADO CITY UTILITY BOARD MAY BE ATTENDING A LUNCHEON AT THE NEW POLICE FACILITY LOCATED AT 50 NORTH COLVIN STREET ON FRIDAY DECEMBER 27, 2019 AT 12:00 P.M.
