- CITY OF WEST HAVEN * NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY AT APPROX. 2531 W 1800 S WEST HAVEN, UT FROM A-1 TO R-4 * PUBLIC HEARING : The Planning Commission of West Haven City, Utah will hold a Public Hearing on the 8th Day of January, 2020 in the Commission Chambers at 4150 South 3900 West, West Haven, Utah at the hour of 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to consider a request to rezone property at approx. 2531 W 1800 S from A-1 to R-4 All interested persons shall be given an opportunity to be heard.
