- NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE DECEMBER 26, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 26, 2019 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Kevin Stuflick seeking site plan amendment approval for an addition to the Art City Frame building located at 925 N Main in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. 2. 9:20 A.M. - Cory Andersen seeking site plan approval for the Foxridge Business Park located at 644 South Main in the CC-Community Commercial Zone. 3. 9:40 A.M. - Ryan Johnson seeking approval of the Grant Commercial Subdivision located in the area of 400 North 2000 West in the HC-Highway Commercial Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
