Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday January 15, 2020 to receive public input on a request by Mike DeMarco to annex property into the municipal boundaries of Payson, Utah. The annexation includes Utah County Parcels 30:084:0113 and 30:084:0114 located at approximately 2000 South 650 West. The parcels are owned by Riding Siding Construction LLC and Payson City Corporation, respectively. The annexation sponsor is requesting a zoning designation of R-1-12, Residential to accommodate single-family dwellings in the Springside Meadows Subdivision. The City Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah. Additional information regarding the proposed annexation may be obtained by calling the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5214.
