Description/Agenda: Notice is hereby given that the Cottonwood Heights Community & Economic Development Director will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a request from Bartholomew Richards for an 8-foot backyard fence at 7635 S. Brighton Way, Cottonwood Heights, UT 84121. The city's Community & Economic Development Director will hold an administrative hearing for this application on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. at 2277 E. Bengal Blvd. (Room 124), Cottonwood Heights, UT. The purpose of the administrative hearing is for the Community & Economic Development Director to take public comment on the conditional use application.
