Annexation Certification Notification
An Annexation Petition has been filed with Nibley City. Nibley City Council received certification of the Wesley Nelson Farms Inc. on December 23, 2019. The annexation pertains to 57.734 acres located North of 2600 South and East of Highway 89/91, Parcel ID 03-007-0019. The complete application is available for inspection and copying at Nibley City Hall. The City Council may grant the petition unless, within 30 days after the City Council received notice of the certified petition, a written protest is filed with the Cache County Boundary Commission and a copy of the written protest is delivered to the City Recorder. All protests must be filed by January 23, 2020. All protest must be delivered to:
