Hooper, UT 84315 The Hooper City Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on Thursday, January 9th, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. at the City office for the following: 1. Public Hearing - Conditional Use Permit- Culinary Water Facility- Hooper Water District - 4769 W. 5100 S.; 2.91 acres 2. Public Hearing - Final Approval - Quail Cove Subdivision; Nine 9 lots, 3750 South and 5250 West.; 5.7 acres 3. Public Hearing - Final Approval - RFR Subdivision; Three 3 lots, 3200 South and 5100 W., 1.5 acres
