The Planning Commission will travel in a city bus to drive by each of the agenda sites for which hearings are scheduled. No decisions are made during the tour. The bus leaves from City Hall and the public is invited.

III. PUBLIC HEARING The following items are scheduled for a public hearing before the Commission.
The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Commission. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is encouraged.
The Commission will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to a decision.
PC 20-001 Quick Quack Carwash [Design Review & Subdivision Permit] Joseph Earnest/Todd Yates, authorized agent/owner, request a 3,820 SF automatic car wash facility with associated vacuum stations and a concrete parking lot located on a proposed 1.07-acre building lot at 1224 North Main Street in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 05-014-0071. PC 20-002 Dr. Harris Urgent Care Center [Design Review] Matthew F. Harris/Stronghold Opportunity Fund LLC, authorized agent/owner, request to demolish four (4) existing storage buildings and construct a new building for a medical clinic and salon. The existing perimeter storage building will remain and be remodeled. The project is located on 1.5 acres at 939 South Main in the Commercial (COM) zone; TIN 02-085-0007. (Woodruff Neighborhood)
