- 2020 CLEARFIELD CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULE The Clearfield Planning Commission will generally hold its regular meetings for the 2020 calendar year on the first and third Wednesdays of each month. The regular meetings generally begin at 7:00 pm and are held in the Clearfield City Council Chambers located at 55 South State, 3rd Floor, Clearfield, Utah. Scheduled meetings may be cancelled when the need arises. In such instances at least 24 hour notice will be given regarding the cancellation. Scheduled regular Planning Commission meeting dates for the 2020 calendar are as follows: January 8 (2nd Wed) January 22 (4th Wed) February 5 February 19 March 4 March 18 April 1 April 15 May 6 May 20 June 3 June 17 July 1 July 15 August 5 August 19 September 2 September 16 October 7 October 21 November 4 November 18 December 2 December 16 Dated this 23rd day of December, 2019. /s/Nancy R.
