- AMERICAN FORK RIVER DEBRIS BASIN ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD SCHEDULE FOR 2020 The American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board will meet at their regularly scheduled meeting on November 7, 2019, adopted the meeting schedule for the year 2020. The regular session begins at 12:00 p.m. Meetings will be held at the Highland City Offices, 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Suite 1, Highland, Utah. The 2020 American Fork River Debris Basin Administrative Board Meeting Schedule is as follows: January 2nd January 23rd April 9th July 9th October 8th
