Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF FOUND PROPERTY Springville City Police Department is currently in possession of unclaimed property held in excess of 90 days, for which ownership is undetermined or we have not been able to contact the owner. Item: Binoculars; Date Found: August 2019 Pursuant to UCA 77-24a-5, if the above described property is not claimed within nine (9) days of this notice it will be released to finder. It will be NECESSARY to prove ownership of the property to substantiate your claim of ownership.
