PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pleasant Grove City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in the Community Room 108 S 100 E, Pleasant Grove, Utah, to consider the following item(s): Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-11-D-2: CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone: Permitted, Conditional and Accessory Uses, by amending the Conditional Use #1151 Townhomes, 2 or 3 stories with a garage. Maximum of 6 dwelling units attached per building to allow a maximum of 8 dwellings attached per building, with a Conditional Use Permit, and providing for an effective date. (Joe Salisbury applicant) Public Hearing to consider for adoption an Ordinance amending City Code Section 10-11-D-16-C: CS-2 (Commercial Sales-2) Zone, Multiple-Family Residential Development Requirements, Required Building Design, by changing the requirement for roof pitch, and providing for an effective date.
