Description/Agenda: The public is invited to attend a public hearing before the Midvale City Planning Commission on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 7:00 pm in the Midvale City Council Chambers located at 7505 South Holden Street, Midvale, Utah. The Planning Commission will be considering a text amendment proposing to amend Title 17 (Zoning) of the Midvale City Municipal Code to allow medical cannabis- and specialty tobacco-related uses in the following zones: Mixed-Use, State Street, Transit Oriented Development, Bingham Junction, Jordan Bluffs Subareas 1-3, Historic Commercial, Regional Commercial, Clean Industrial, and Transit Oriented Development Overlay. This is a City-initiated request.
