- MARRIOTT-SLATERVILLE CITY NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Marriott-Slaterville Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at the Municipal Complex, 1570 West 400 North. The meeting promptly begins at 7:00 p.m. and the agenda is as follows: PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 19, 2019 - 7:00 P.M. 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Discussion/action on minutes. 3. Public Hearing on Cannabis Regulations. 4. Discussion/action on Public Hearing. 5. Discussion/action on manufacturing site plan for Daniel Beatty Excavation at 2095 West 700 North. 6. Discussion/action on manufacturing site plan for ALM Sales, LLC, at 1286 South 1200 West. 7. Discussion/action on commercial site plan for Jay Carnahan at 1077 West 12th Street. 8. Discussion/action on commercial site plan for Ty Martinez at 1200 West 1450 South. 9. Discussion/action on final subdivision approval for Stanger Subdivision - Phase 3 at 1200 West 700 South. 10. Commission and staff follow-up. 11. Adjourn. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND NOTICE The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, hereby certifies that the above notice and agenda was sent via email to the Ogden Standard-Examiner. The notice and agenda was posted on the Utah Public Meeting Notice Website, delivered to the commissioners, and posted in three (3) public places within Marriott-Slaterville City on or about November 14, 2019.
