Below is the schedule for the City Council meetings to be held in 2020. These dates have taken into consideration the meetings of the Utah League of Cities and Towns, Federal and State holidays and City functions.
CITY COUNCIL MEETING SCHEDULE FOR 2020
TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SALT LAKE
Public notice is hereby given that the City Council conducts its regular Council meetings at City Hall, 220 East Morris Avenue, Suite 200, on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month (unless otherwise noted by an*), which meetings begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. Meeting dates are as follows:
January 8 and 22
February 12 and 26
March 11 and 25
April 8 and 29*
May 13 and 27
June 3 and 17**
July 8 and 22
August 12 and 26
September 9 and 30***
October 14 and 28
November 4 and 18****
December 2 and 9*****
*APRIL - Utah League meetings in St. George April 22-24. Change meeting dates to second and fifth Wednesdays.
**JUNE - City's budget must be adopted by June 30. Change meeting dates to first and third Wednesdays.
***SEPTEMBER - Annual Utah League meetings are September 23-25. Change meeting dates to second and fifth Wednesdays.
****NOVEMBER - Veteran's Day is Wednesday, November 11 and Thanksgiving Day is Thursday, November 26. Change meeting dates to the first and third Wednesdays.
*****DECEMBER - Because of the holiday season, hold meetings early in the month. Change meeting dates to the first and second Wednesdays.

NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS
In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Craig Burton at 483-6027, giving at least 24 hours' notice.
Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephone communication. If a council member does participate via telephone communication, the council member will be on speaker phone. The speaker phone will be amplified so that the other council members and all other persons present in the council chambers will be able to hear all discussions.
