Big Water Town Council Meeting Minutes Monday May 20, 2019 Work Session- Council discussed the budget and any changes so it will be ready for the meeting next month. Mayor discussed with council the road master plan. This would include easements, and rights of way. Sunrise engineering is doing the work and SITLA is willing to pay for half of the study. Agenda Call to order- 8:01 PM Roll Call- Mayor Schmuker, Michelle Dufour, Judah Schmuker & Merle Graffam present. Keith Crowley, absent. Minutes- Motion made by Merle to approve the minutes of the April 15, 2019 meeting. Seconded by Michelle. All members present voting in favor. Council Reports- Mayor Schmuker is filing in as the planning and zoning administrator and one application has been approved. Marshal Johnson is aware of the dog problem and does not know what to do but he is writing citations when he can. Citizen Comments-Mayor Schmuker asked Sheath and Jennifer Guevarra to introduce themselves as they are interested in being part of the town. Discussion on 2019/2020 Fiscal Year Budget-Discussion has been made and a public hearing will be held. Discussion on future roadway study with Sunrise Engineering- Motion made by Merle to approve the signing of the future roadway study. Seconded by Michelle. All members present voting in favor. Financial Reports-Merle motioned to approve the financial report, seconded by Judah. All members present voting in favor. Boudicca was not present for the meeting and will be on the next agenda. Adjourn 8:15 PM
