- Big Water Town Council Meeting Minutes Monday March 18, 2019 Work Session- Mayor discussed the placement of town equipment on his property where he lives. He will remove everything except the backhoe. Extra garbage cans will be stored at the post office. Merle suggested putting up fencing and storing the equipment at the park. Rental of the backhoe was discussed. Most of council felt that David should be the only operator and the backhoe should not be rented out to just anyone. Merle is concerned about a lot by his house that is a fire hazard that needs to be addressed. Merle asked about the backhoe again and what can be done with renting it. Treasurer Peggy suggested that something in writing be presented to the council that the backhoe can be stored at the property the mayor is renting. Marlin is upset with Daryl and Leslie Little and wants to come do some records requests for the new building. Planning and zoning admin gave her report. Agenda Call to order-8:04 PM Roll Call- Mayor Schmuker, Keith Crowley, Michelle Dufour and Merle Graffam present. Judah Schmuker absent. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Schmuker Approval of MInutes- Motion made to approve made by Merle seconded by MIchelle all in favor. Department. All conflict of interest statements turned in. Adjourn 8:06 PM
