- NOTICE Morgan City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) will hold meetings during 2020. These meetings will be held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month as needed. The scheduled time for these meetings will be 5:30 p.m. and they will be held in the Council Room of the City Office located at 90 West Young Street, Morgan, Utah. Any change to these scheduled times will be posted as required. Morgan City Redevelopment Agency Published in The Morgan County News December 6, 2019.
