NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING SCHEDULE OF THE CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL COMMITTEE OF WEST VALLEY CITY, UTAH The West Valley Clean and Beautiful Committee will hold the following meetings in the year 2020, at 5:30 p.m., in the Public Relations & Neighborhood Services Office (Suite 230), West Valley City Hall, 3600 Constitution Boulevard, West Valley City, Utah. Scheduled meeting dates for the Clean and Beautiful Committee are as follows: January 15, 2020 June 17, 2020 * February 19, 2020 August 19, 2020 March 18, 2020 September 16, 2020 April 15, 2020 October 17, 2020 ** May 20, 2020 November 21, 2020 *** * Meeting held in Multipurpose Room, West Valley City Hall, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, WVC, UT ** Meeting held at 9 AM, Utah Cultural Celebration Center, 1355 W 3100 South, WVC, UT *** Meeting held at 9 AM, West Valley City Hall Lobby, 3600 S Constitution Blvd, WVC, UT Meetings in addition to those specified herein will be held as circumstances require. Appropriate notice will be given for such meetings. A written agenda will be posted on the State Public Meeting Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov no later than 24 hours before each meeting.
