Emery County Board of Commissioners: Lynn Sitterud Kent Wilson Gil Conover AGENDA 1. Approval of February 05, 2019 CRA Meeting Minutes. 2. Approval of September 30, 2019 CRA Meeting Minutes. 3. Approval of November 19, 2019 CRA Meeting Minutes. 4. Ratification of Amendment #1 to Hunter Solar Participation Agreement. 5. Discuss/Approve/Deny Cost Reimbursement Agreement between Emery County and Enyo Renewable Energy regarding Castle Solar. 6. Adjourn.
