- NOTICE AND AGENDA MONROE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING DECEMBER 17, 2019 Notice is hereby given that the Monroe City Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, December 17th, 2019 at the Monroe City Offices, 10 North Main Street, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. 7:00 p.m. 1. Chairman Bart Lee conducting - Meeting called to order- Prayer - Roll Call 2. Approval of minutes of previous meeting held November 19th, 2019 3. Conditional Use Permit located at 104 N 500 W 'Little Learner's Preschool' submitted by Laurel Garrett. 4. Consider changes to Monroe City Business License Ordinance and Current Businesses. 5. Adjournment.
