JOSEPH TOWN PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING November 26, 2019 @7:00 p.m. PRESENT: Commission members: Wilda Moosman, Doug Nowell, Brent Parker, Edward Payette, Guests: Zach Leavitt, The meeting was held at the Joseph Community Center and called to order by Chairman Ed Payette at 7:00 p.m. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: Minutes of the meeting of October 29, 2019 were voted on and passed unanimously. BUSINESS: - Reviewed property maintenance requirement which looks good. - Flooding, damn failure, and soil information will be posted on the town website next year, listing resources for the public and residents. - Flooding - FEMA would help with retention basin. Zach can help with other funding resources - General Plan update: Zach has made updates on the Google Drive and we will discuss further in 2020. ADJOURNMENT: Motion: Brent Parker motioned to adjourn at 7:55 p.m. Motion seconded by Wilda and the meeting was adjourned. ____________________________________ Secretary Peggy Smith, December 13, 2019 .
