- Agenda for December 19, 2019 at 7:00 pm at the Bluff Community Center 190 North 3rd East, Bluff, Utah 84512 7:00 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from 12/12 Public Citizens to Be Heard Old Business Update from Town Council Update from Chris McAnany on building permit application Review and discuss draft for Short Term Rental ordinance Off Street Parking Ordinance review and discussion New Business Review building permits and site plan applications Marcia Hadenfeldt's request-Discussion and review of home occupations Discussion of procedure for sending documents to Town Council Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda 8:30 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Wednesday, January, 15th, 2020 at 6:30 pm. ***December 26th and January 2nd meetings cancelled for the holidays.***
