PUBLIC NOTICE Kaysville City Regular Meeting Schedule 2020 Kaysville City hereby gives notice for the 2020 regular meeting schedule for the Kaysville City Council, Planning Commission, and Power Commission. All meetings and work sessions are open to the public unless closed pursuant to Sections 52-4-204 and 52-4-205 of the Utah Code relative to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open Meetings Act. Exceptions to the following schedule will be announced and posted in advance. The Kaysville City Council is scheduled to hold regular meetings on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following dates: January 2, January 16, and April 2. The meetings for January 2 and January 16 have been rescheduled to January 9 and January 23. Meetings will be held at the Davis Technical College at 550 East 300 South, Kaysville, UT while the Kaysville City Hall is being renovated. The Planning Commission is regularly scheduled to have meetings on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month at 7:00 p.m., with the exception of the following dates: November 26 and December 24. Meetings will be held at the Kaysville City Fire Station at 175 South Main Street, Kaysville, UT while the Kaysville City Hall is being renovated. The Power Commission is regularly scheduled to hold meetings on the 1st Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Meetings will be held at the Kaysville City Parks & Recreation Center at 85 North 100 East, Kaysville, UT while the Kaysville City Hall is being renovated.
