Planned Development District Ordinance Amendment - Mr. Mark Vlasic with Landmark Design 2. Review of Business Meeting Agenda - Mayor Mike Peterson 3. Staff Reports (Each week the city council and staff provide informational reports as a method of keeping up on the day-to-day activities of the city. This agenda item is set aside to allow council members to ask questions or for staff to bring the council up to date of any changes since the report was made.) a. (By this resolution the council will adopt a schedule for regular meetings of the city's city council and planning commission for calendar year 2020, as required by Utah Code Ann. 52-4-202.) 5.2 Consideration of Resolution 2019-78 Approving an Exception to Certain Requirements for a Subdivision Lot Located at 8564 South Little Willow Circle. (By this resolution, the council will approve an exception to certain setback standards normally applicable to flag lots, as recommended by the city's planning commission pursuant to Cottonwood Heights Code 12.08.020). 5.3 Consideration of Resolution 2019-79 Approving Appointments to the Historic Committee. (By this resolution the council will approve the city manager's reappointment of current members Allen Erekson and James Kichas (Chair), and the appointment of new member of Ken Verdoia, to the city's Historic Committee). 6.0 CONSENT CALENDAR Approval of minutes for the City Council Meetings of November 5, 2019. 7.0 ADJOURN CITY COUNCIL BUSINESS MEETING On Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. a copy of the foregoing notices was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the Cottonwood Heights City Offices, Cottonwood Heights, Utah. A copy of this notice was faxed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The Agendas were also posted on the City's website at www.ch.utah.gov and the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov DATED THIS 12th day of December 2019 Paula Melgar, City Recorder Council Members may participate in the meeting via telephonic communication.
