- Notice of Intent to Adopt an Impact Fee Facilities Plan (IFFP) and an Impact Fee Analysis (IFA) for Sewer Treatment Providence City (the 'City'), located in Cache County, Utah, serving development within the City's current boundaries, intends to adopt an IFFP and IFA related to sewer treatment services. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. The Service Area for this analysis is the entire City boundaries. You are hereby invited to provide comment for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced documents.
