- Oakley City Planning Commission Thursday, December 12, 2019 6:00 p.m. Oakley City Hall (Public Invited) 1. Call the meeting to order. 2 Approval of minutes- November 14, 2019 3. Final Plat Approval - RWW Subdivision- applicant Tiny Woolstenhulme Administrative - possible action. 4. Final Plat Approval - Oakley Pasture - applicant Steve Wheelwright Administrative - possible action. 5. Work Session - Non-conforming buildings, uses, and lots. 6. Other business -at the discretion of the Chairman 6. Planner Items 7. Adjourn PLEASE NOTE: Public Comments are invited for the public hearing portion of this meeting. Those attending who wish to speak must first identify themselves and limit their comments to five minutes. Those who wish to submit written comments must deliver said comments to the town clerk no later than 4:00 p.m. on the day of the commission meeting. Written comments will become part of the written record. Public hearings will be conducted according to Robert's Rules of Order.
