NOTICE OF MEETING OF THE CITY OF HOLLADAY CITY COUNCIL THURSDAY, DECEMBER 12, 2019 COUNCIL CHAMBERS 4580 S 2300 E HOLLADAY, UTAH 84117 5:30 p.m. Briefing Session - The Council will review and discuss the agenda items; NO decisions will be made PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Municipal Council will hold a City Council meeting in the Council Chambers beginning at 6:00 p.m. It is possible that a member of the Council will be participating by electronic means. The Council Chambers shall serve as the anchor location. * Agenda items may be moved in order, sequence and time to meet the needs of the Council AGENDA I. Welcome - Mayor Dahle II. Consideration of Resolution 2019-34 Approving an Amended and Restated Interlocal Agreement for the Unified Fire Authority (This resolution will approve the city's entry into an interlocal agreement with numerous other governmental entities, the purpose of which is to amend, restate and supersede the 1 January 2004 interlocal agreement creating the Unified Fire Authority, as previously amended. This amendment and restatement has been under discussion among the parties to the agreement for many months, and was approved by the UFA's governing board several weeks ago. To be effective, it must be approved by the city and all of the other current parties to the 2004 agreement.) V. Consideration of Resolution 2019-35 Adopting an Employee Manual VI. Consideration of Resolution 2019-36 Defining the Open Space and Active Park Boundaries for the Area Known as Knudsen Park VII. Consideration of Resolution 2019-37 Granting Advice and Consent of the City Council for the Appointment of Members to the Tree Committee as Established in Section 2.08.010G of the Holladay City Code.
