Public Open House - The Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) and Monroe City announce the availability of the Draft Supplemental Watershed Plan and Environmental Assessment (Plan-EA) for the Sand Hollow Debris Basin Rehabilitation Project within the Monroe-Annabella Watershed in Sevier County, Utah.
