The North Logan City Council hereby announces two public hearings to be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2019 in the Meeting Room at the North Logan City Library (475 E 2500 N, North Logan, UT).
6:35 pm - Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed ordinance vacating the unused portion of the right-of-way and retaining a 10 foot Public Utility Easement on Parcel #004-116-0042 and on Parcel #004-116-0041 in accordance with Utah Code 10-a-609.5. The City Council may consider approval of this ordinance following the public hearing.
Map of proposed parcels, vacated right-of-way, and Public Utility Easement can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E) or at www.northlogancity.org.
6:40 pm - Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed ordinance amending Chapter 6-400 Impact Fees for Parks and Roads. The City Council may consider approval of this ordinance following the public hearing.
Proposed ordinance can be reviewed at the North Logan City Office (2076 N 1200 E) or at www.northlogancity.org.
