- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Hanksville Town Council will hold its regularly scheduled Council Meeting on the 5th of December, 2019 At the Hanksville Community Center; meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: - Pledge of Allegiance - Prayer - Roll Call - Approval of Minutes from prior meeting - Report of officers - Council Member Jan Hunt - Parks - Council Member Mona Wells - Cemetery - Council Member Chylene Whipple - Buildings and Economic Development - Council Member Jared Jackson - Water and Sewer - Mayor Kim E.
