Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Garland City hereby gives notice that on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at 6:00 pm at the Garland City Offices, 72 North Main Street, Garland, Utah the Garland City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Last Chance Ag LLC (Tyler Lang and Matthew Page), parcels 06-069-0014 and 06-069-0034, within the areas defined in the Master Policy Declaration for future expansion by Garland City. The requested property zone is the Agriculture, A-1, which will also be considered. The property is located at approximately 5200 West 12000 North in the unincorporated area of Box Elder County.
