AMENDED AGENDA SANTA CLARA HERITAGE COMMISSION December 12, 2019 Time: 4:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Santa Clara Heritage Commission will hold a meeting on the 12th day of December, in the Santa Clara Town Hall Conference Room at 2603 Santa Clara Drive, which meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. Call to Order: Approval of Minutes for August 22, 21019. Business: 1. Consider a Zone Change request from Residential R-1-10 to Historic District / Mixed Use zone on 0.43 acres for the property located at 3177 Santa Clara Drive. To use the existing apartment for a short term (overnight) rental. Fran and Howard Meldrum, applicants; Melodie Hayes, representing. 2. Recommendation to Planning Commission for a Zone Change request from Residential R-1-10 to Historic District / Mixed Use zone on 0.43 acres for the property located at 3177 Santa Clara Drive. 3.
