Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Genola will hold a public meeting at the Genola Public Safety Building located at 455 North Main Street on Thursday, December 5, 2019. The public meeting will begin at 7:00 PM. This will be a public meeting where action may be taken on the agenda items. The agenda for the Planning Commission meeting will be as follows: Call to Order a. Opening Remarks b. Pledge of Allegiance c. Swearing in of one new Planning Commission members. d. Public Forum - Audience members may bring any item not on the agenda to the Planning Commission's attention - 5 minute per speaker allotment. 1. Approval of the Planning Commission meeting minutes from November 7th, 2019. 2. Public hearing to receive public input regarding a proposed zone change from A-1 Agriculture to R-1 Residential at approximately 225 S 1000 E for the west portion of this parcel that is approximately 47.36 acres. Property is owned by Chaffin G H Investment Co. Parcel# 29.036.0020. 3. Public hearing to receive public input regarding a proposed zone change from A-1 Agriculture to I-3 Heavy Industrial at approximately 225 S 1000 E for the remaining portion that is approximately 73.39 acres. Property is owned by Chaffin G H Investment Co. Parcel# 29.036.0020. 4. Public hearing to receive public input regarding a proposed zone change from A-1 Agricultural Zone to the R-1 Residential Zone for the property owned by JL's Genola Farms Parcel # 29.030.0059 located at NWC of 400 N 800 E in Genola. 5. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an Accessory Building on property owned by Vernon & Lisa Wagner. Parcel # 38:305.0004 located at approximately 984 S Anna Ekins Lane in the Ekins Subdivision Plat C, Lot 4. 6. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an Accessory Building on property owned by Brad & Alisse Dinkel. Parcel # 34:518.004 located at approximately 222 N Sunset Lane in the Aldon Anderson Subdivision, Lot 4. 7. Discussion and possible action on a site plan for an Accessory Building on property owned by Blaine Kenison. Parcel # 29:006.0027 located at approximately 722 W 2400 N. 8. Discussion and possible action on approval of a vicinity map for a subdivision for JDH Development located at approximately 800 E. 400 N. Genola consisting of 69.9 acres with 25 units. 9. Discussion on drafting a Mining Ordinance. The Town will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
