RIVERTON CITY 2020 MEETING SCHEDULES Pursuant to § 52-4-202(2) Utah Code Annotated, Riverton City hereby gives notice of the following meeting schedules for the Year 2020: - City Council Meetings are generally held on the first and third Tuesday of each month with Work Sessions beginning at 5:00 p.m. and City Council Meetings beginning at 7:00 p.m., at Riverton City Hall, located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. - Planning Commission Meetings are held on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. at Riverton City Hall, located at 12830 South Redwood Road, Riverton, Utah. - Riverton Law Enforcement Service Area Meetings are held on a regular basis on the third Tuesday of each month following City Council Meetings. - Board of Adjustment Hearings may be held as circumstances require; best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. - Redevelopment Agency Meetings, Special and/or Emergency Meetings, in addition to those specified, may be held as circumstances require; best practicable notice will be given for such meetings. City Council Meeting Dates for 2020 1st Tuesday 3rd Tuesday January 7 January 21 February 4 February 18 March 3 March 17 April 7 April 21 May 5 May 19 June 2 June 16 July 7-No Meeting July 21 August 4 August 18 September 1 September 15 October 6 October 20 November 3-No Meeting November 17 December 1 December 15 Planning Commission Meeting Dates for 2020 2nd Thursday 4th Thursday January 9 January 23 February 13 February 27 March 12 March 26 April 9 April 23 May 14 May 28 June 11 June 25 July 9 July 23-No Meeting August 13 August 27 September 10 September 24 October 8 October 22 November 12 November 26-No Meeting December 10 December 24-No Meeting Meetings may be canceled; however, best practicable notice will be given for canceled meetings. Meetings will not be held on a State or Federal Holiday or on an Election Day. All meetings are open to the public unless closed, pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorder's Office at 801-208-3126, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.

Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
