- AGENDA I. WELCOME II. HEARING The following item(s) are scheduled for a hearing before the Land Use Appeal Board. The order of the meeting is for the Chair to read the agenda item. Staff will summarize its report to the Board. The proponent of the project can make a presentation. Public comment is accepted. The Board will close the public hearing and deliberate prior to making a decision. LUAB 19-001 Reagan Outdoor Billboard Sign Relocation - Reagan Outdoor Signs/EJ Nixon III, authorized agent/owner are appealing staff's decision to deny an application to relocate an existing billboard to 20 West 600 South in the Mixed-Use Zone; TIN 02-063-0009. III. ADJOURNMENT
