- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE is hereby given that the DAVIS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH will hold a public hearing in Room #2021 of the Davis County Health Department, 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 18, 2019. Pursuant to Utah Code 26A-1-12(1), the Board of Health will hold a public hearing to afford interested persons an opportunity to submit written data, views, and comments regarding proposed changes to the Drinking Water Fluoridation Regulation. The proposed changes include clarifying the monitoring expectations for public water systems, establishing clear overfeed and underfeed levels, detailing the required corrective actions, altering the training requirement, adding an enforcement sections, and making general Department formatting revisions. Copies of the regulation are available for review at the Administration Offices of the Health Department located at 22 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah, or the Department website (http://www.co.davis.ut.us/docs/librariesprovider5/administration-documents/proposed-regulations/fluoride-strikeout-copy-10-29-19.pdf?sfvrsn=fb812b53_4). Interested persons can contact Ms. Rachelle Blackham, Director of the Environmental Health Services Division for the Davis County Health Department, at 801-525-5128 or rblackham@co.davis.ut.us. Written comments concerning the regulation will be considered as part of the hearing record if received at the Division office before 5:00 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2019
