- 7:00 Roll Call Approval of meeting minutes from 11/21 Public Citizens to Be Heard Old Business Update from Town Council Review and approve building permit application New Business Review building permits and site plan applications Review and discuss draft for Short Term Rental ordinance Discussion of Barry Simpson's request and nonconforming uses Off Street Parking Ordinance review and discussion Review and discuss adding regulation of feral and roaming cats to Animal Ordinance Draft Additional Items to be added to the next meeting's agenda 9:00 Adjourn Request for additional or modifications to agenda items are due by 5pm each Tuesday to SarahPZBluff@gmail.com or to Town of Bluff at 435-672-9990 to be discussed at the next Thursday scheduled meeting. An Agenda Item Request form can be found online at http://townofbluff.org/planning-zoning/. Our next regular meeting will be held at the Bluff Community Center on Thursday, December 12 at 7:00pm. ***December 26th and January 2nd meetings cancelled for the holidays.***
