- CENTERFIELD CITY LOCAL BUILDING AUTHORITY MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Centerfield Local Building Authority will hold its meeting on December 4, 2019. The meeting will be held in the Gunnison Irrigation Building, 110 South Main Centerfield; which meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1 Roll Call 2 Reading and approval of minutes March 21, 2018 3 Petitions, Remonstrances and Communications: Consideration and adoption of a Resolution authorizing an annually renewable Lease, a Master Resolution, Security Documents and the issuance and sale by the Authority of its Local Building Authority of Centerfield City, Utah Lease Revenue Bond, Series 2020 to finance the cost of the demolition and construction of a city offices to include council chamber, break room, restrooms, conference room, reception area, storage and offices; calling of a public hearing to receive input with respect to the issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds and any impact to the private sector from the construction of the Facility to be funded by the Bonds; and authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary to the consummation of the transactions contemplated. 4 Report of Trustees 5 Closed Session 6 Adjournment NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-3296 giving at least 24 hours notice. Consideration of adjourning into a Closed Session pursuant to the Provisions of Section 52-4-5(1) of the Open Meeting Law for the purpose of (a) discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; (c) strategy sessions to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; and (d) strategy sessions to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares, if public discussion of the transaction would: (i) disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration; or (ii) prevent the public body from completing the transaction on the best possible terms.
