TOWN of PORTAGE Wednesday December 4, 2019 Planning and Zoning Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of Portage will hold its regular Planning and Zoning meeting on Wednesday December 4, 2019 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W Portage, Utah. This meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 pm. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony 1.Review and approve November 6, 2019 minutes 2.Ben Gudmunson Remodle/building permit(Michael Nelson's house) 3.vote on adding existing infrastructure and or hydrology map/maps to ordinance 114.6 Water Protection zones. 4.updates on ordinance on google 5.Do we want printed out changes to the ordinances that we work on so that all of us have a copy ADD DRAFT ACROSS THEM SO THERE IS NO CONFUSION. 6.make corrections to the setback maps. 7.vote on creating resolutions on changes that we vote on as we go so that they are done and ready 8.Go through everyones/all notes and changes to codes so far this year and note the changes on the electronic working copy. 9.Discuss and vote on : Codes/Ordinances-Table of Content, Terms, Index, Sections: 101, 102, 103 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111, 112, 113, 114, 115, 116, 117, 118
