PROPOSE UPDATES TO HPC SECTION 13 - SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE (Legislative)
Review Brandon's latest draft of updates to the residential subdivision ordinance, with added flowchart and check-boxes, and removal of paper submissions.
See specifically:
13.30 Procedures, Sketch Plan, Preliminary Plat, Final Plat and Construction Drawings
13.80 Subdivision Checklists and Guidelines (likely to be removed)
CONSIDER UPDATES TO HPC SECTION 13.40 - MINOR SUBDIVISIONS (Legislative)
Review Brandon's prepared draft to streamline and clarify process for Minor Subdivisions.
CONSIDER CULINARY AND/OR SECONDARY (IRRIGATION) WATER AMENDMENTS (Legislative)
Continue preparing updates to require developers to provide adequate water supply - both culinary and secondary. Where secondary water is available, require secondary water pipe installation and access.
