Results of FAR 139 Inspection September 16-20, 2019 i. Wildlife Hazard Management Plan - Depredation Permit - Now Approved ii. FAA FAR 139 required annual tabletop disaster exercise - Complete for 2019 b. TSA CFR 1542 required annual tabletop security exercise - Complete for 2019 c. Small capital projects i. Hertz Parking area and excess parking north of the terminal ii. Re-roof old ARFF storage and TSA Supervisor's Office. iii. Repair five hangar sides and soffits & facia. iv. Taxiways Reconstruction & Rehabilitation - Granite Construction ii. North Apron (2019 Design - 2020 Begin Construction) 90% design. iii. South Run-up - now complete. c. Non-FAA / AIP funded projects i. Airport Terminal Restaurant ii. Removal of old Terminal Tower Cab - (may be FAA-AIP eligible) iii. Replacement of Airport Terminal Roof - working bid specifications iv. Replacement of roof on City Owned Hangar S-755 in negotiation v. Possible acquisition of Convergys property 5. Economic Development of Airport Opportunities 6. ONGOING BUSINESS ITEMS: a. Title 8 rewrite - no new progress to report 7. NEW BUSINESS ITEMS: 8.
